Positive things: The receptionist and the security agent were really nice I was in the 5th floor the view is really good The room is clean the dessert was tasty Negative things: The food wasn't good ( not too bad but just not good enough ) The room temperature is too high , and the only solution is to turn off the AC , no option to cool it except opening the window . The breakfast is alright. The honeymoon decoration isn't worth the price.

Best hotel in Algiers with excellent quality and calm, quiet location, the rooms were extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff and the general manager. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, (specially Sarah, she s the sweetest! ). The restaurant was very flexible, the meals were extremely delicious and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had great evenings. My husband and I truly enjoyed every moment there. Would definitely recommend this hotel, It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

I stayed there this Tuesday. I was welcomed by the receptionist, who was very nice and gave me a room on the 6th floor, which was very quiet, just what I needed after a tiresome trip from Mostaganem. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable, I slept like a baby. I didn't check out the restaurant because I didn't have money on me for food, Maybe next time. The water pressure is good and both hot and cold water are available. The bathroom is very clean. I liked it. Some people complained about the location in reviews, and I can understand why, since it's a bit far from public transportation. BUT, for me, it was excellent, I needed to go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, very early (around 6 AM) next day, and this hotel was super close to it. Good experience overall. What I wish they would add to the service : - If the guest could have a menu in their room to know food prices in the restaurant, that would be SUPER AWESOME. I would be more inclined to check out the restaurant if I already had an idea on food prices and options. - The TV doesn't have YouTube, just normal TV. People don't watch TV anymore. Having a YouTube options would be amazing.
